About the role
What You'll Be Doing
Join the dedicated Data Services group responsible for delivering comprehensive, reliable data to systematic portfolio managers. You will help operate the research infrastructure and live production trading environment supporting billions of dollars in capital across global markets.
- Onboard novel datasets from diverse sources into the firm’s data platform.
- Develop, test and deploy scalable data pipelines, applications and services.
- Transform, aggregate, enhance and create features from complex datasets.
- Automate qualitative data alerts, reports and preliminary analyses.
- Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders and investment teams to deliver high-quality data.
Who We're Looking For
- A master’s degree in financial engineering, statistics, computer science or another quantitatively rigorous discipline.
- Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
- Experience with AWS, Linux and Airflow is preferred.
- Financial industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and uphold the highest ethical standards.
